Mark priced the job and then arrived and then set up Phoung to undertake the work. The communication from Mark and Phoung whilst undertaking the work was excellent. They both asked questions and asked for feedback during the whole process, so if you thought the job wasn’t good then you had a chance to discuss it immediately.
